An overseas supplier wants to get payment to a bank account that doesn't belong to him, how could I do?

An overseas vendor sent me an email along with a Bank Account who is expecting all payments payable in the future would go into this bank account. Otherwise obviously this bank account doesn't belong to him as it is located in a different country under a total different account name. By the way I am in Aus and payment could be made via AUD from AUS. I am not sure whether that can be accepted or whether this will be illegal in Australia? Thanks very much.

My questions are
1- do you have prior experience with this vendor and if so, has this vendor proven reliable?
2- it could be that the account is owned by a relative in another country. remember, outside the "cushy" western countries, people around the world are fairly displaced by lack of employment, wars, famines, etc, so it's not so far fetched that the bank account holder would be in another country.

Having said that, if it doesn't seem reliable, simply don't do business with that person, no harm, no foul. There are plenty of other fish in the sea.

I would not trust this vendor, he could deny any payment made since the bank account is not in his name.

STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!! ITS A SCAM !!!! DELEATE THE MESAGE AND REMEMBER THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS MONEY FOR NOTHING!!! sorry for yelling but too many good people have been hurt by these rip offs.
