On ebay, if i put a shipping for flat rate, and set it to proirity mail, do I have to use a flat rate envelop

On ebay, if i put a shipping for flat rate, and set it to priority mail, do I have to use a flat rate envelope or can I use a regular envelope? If not, how can i make it so that i can charge the same amount for the shipping and use priority mail?

What is the best box option to ship a memory card and small battery?

You can use any type container you want, just tell them you want it sent Priority at the post office.

If the item weighs 13 ounces or less than I always send it first class. It's a lot cheaper than priority and gets there most times as fast as priority items do anyway.

as long as you ship it proirity mail it doesn't have to be a flat rate box.
