Want to help my mother set up her own small business selling her handmade jewelery. Any Suggestions???

Since I can remember my mom has been making her own jewelery at home and sells it to her close friends, ladies at work, craft shows and house parties.

In the last few years she has been getting a lot of sales through word of mouth and has been bringing in decent cash but wont take the next step. I want to help her set up an Esty's/Ebay account, market, take photos and set up shipping. I have even offered to learn how to make some jewelery. I don't think she would have the patience to teach me.

I have looked up http://www.clouddome.com/ to take photos. As for making a website for her I think I may go through yahoo/small business.

Even though I have a few things in mind, I am still a little worried of her not liking the idea and how I can convince her that she makes such wonderful items that she could doing what she loves and make a decent living doing it.

I don't want to go in to much detail, but I just started my own business and created a website via Yahoo!Small business. I'm willing to share my experience or other ideas, but not in public.

I'm looking for handmade items, such as jewelry to sell.

Anyway, if your Mom is interested ... I like to see some of her work.
You can check out my websites and contact me via my sites, so you know who you are dealing with. This is sincere and genuine.

If she is good at it, I would probably go for setting up a nice private website displaying about her jewlery and how to get it.
Maybe advertise through other sites, but if you want her to continue her business i wouldnt just sell through places like E-bay. Establishing a name is the most important thing, and then just make it easy for people to get them!

You can establish a website or set up a store in Ebay for her. Your mom is a great women, she can make a decent living by herself.
