I Need Someone To Tell Me Wether Or Not My Plan is good or not?

My Plan Is That I Want To Go To Culinary School For Four Years To Get My Bachelors Degree, Then Work For Two Years and Save My Money, then move to Ireland and mork for a couple more years and open my own bakery.

i got some resources below maybe it could help a bit. from the articles i understand you just need take some high school or community college courses in culinary art. maybe you could work in a bakery store while doing the courses. if you want to open a store maybe a courses in business and accounting would be helpful. if you take that route maybe in 5 years you can open your own bakery stores. the most important things is you should aim for better feedback wherever you go. so when you want to open a bakery store your business proposal to request for a loan would be considered seriously by the finance people. anyhow good luck on your journey.

It's good if that is what you want to do.

I do not THINK one earns a BA
degree in a culinary school; one
gets a diploma upon completion
of their requirements; I do not think
they offer/require history, math,
social studies, etc. Those are
required for a BA degree.

I understand the benefits of culinary but not if you want a bakery.

Go to baker's school!

I think you are going sideways in your process.

Why Ireland? It's a very small country and the market is probably fairly small. They may have different tastes in baked goods than you are expecting so make sure you research that.

If you think you are a good cook you might not necessarily need to invest in culinary school. Do you already know how to make bread/cookies/pastries that your family and friends rave about? If so, you probably have enough. I would just open up a bakery in your city or wherever you want now and save yourself the time and money.

If you have the cooking part down, maybe take some business courses to get the basics of running a business. You don't need to do full programs, just take some part-time courses in marketing and accounting, that sort of thing.
