Would like to sell my business. how do I come up with selling price? |
Have a 2+ year old business (multidisciplinary health care) in a beautiful space. Looking for a career change and would like to sell. How do I come up with a selling price? Since my income comes from me working as a therapist how do I sell the business without a gaurantee that my patients will stay? Building has exclusivity, have a registered name, website. Talk to business brokers and you will get a feel. It is very hard to transfer a business where you are providing such a personal service. Will your patients be willing to see someone else instead of you? If not, you don't have very much to sell. Good luck. U need someone like a financial banker to create a valuation of ur business |
