Business idea- i need your honest opinion?
Hi there me and my friend have started a "person provider" service which provides recruitment agencies with people as they are regularlly in need of people for their jobs that they have provided. Whats you opionion on the over all idea, do you think it will work, how much should i charge per person, any ideas to add or change

well i too was thinking of it ......................
but things couldnt materialize
this is a extremely brilliant idea
the prices may vary depending on the company what u provide the people it is surely very high if yu would try a bit harder yu could keep people on your pay role that would help u earn larger profits

Idea needs a bit of fine tuning. Agencies charge their clients a percentage of the fee for the people they supply - what about your service will make an agency pay you to find people for them to place? What's in it for the agency?

Most agencies are franchises with built in advertising co-op money to place ads for the people they hire. You are asking them to take a leap of faith using your service -
1. That the money they pay you will bring in enough qualified candidates to fill their needs. and
2. That it's worth their money to pay for what they can get for free in most cases by simply advertising as an employment agency.

Remember, they make their money after the person is placed on the client's site, not before. You are asking them to spend money, up front, to place someone who may not work out for their client.

How do you plan to guarantee
1. The person you send them is qualified to do the particular job?
2. Has the skills they need to do the job?
3. Can legally work in the area? This is a BIG issue around the globe and no business wants to be caught with un-documented workers on their payroll.
4. The person has no criminal record or major felony record?

In theory it sounds good, but you are going to have a hard time selling it to an agency who still bares the financial and legal risk associated with hiring.
