I am competing in a $10K best business idea contest, which ends on 12/31. What is the best way to get votes?

This contest is really important to us for our exposure to our business idea and money to develop it.

We've already reached out to our network multiple times for votes and now we have to go to people we don't know. What do you think is the best strategy for doing this?

The best way to get votes is to ask for them. I would be more than happy to perfom a random act of kindmess but the link you sent doesn't open jack... By the way nothing like waiting til the last minute.
