Can somebody tell me how you can make a website and if you get enough hits it will give you money?

If we do, do you promise not to come back here and spam this site with your sites url for those hits you want?

Most often you would make money through a website either by products that you offer for sale. Or if you have a blog, you can make money through affiliate links or adsense, as well as other types of advertising. However, I wouldn't suggest starting a blog just for the monetary value of it. Write about something that interests you and share useful information that people will actually use, if you do not, then no one will find it interesting and it simply won't work. I personally do not purchase anything from anyone whom I think is strictly in it for the money.

The Internet is riddled with scams. Your best bet would be starting your own business doing something legitimate like lawn mowing or snow removal, dog walking, etc. There's sites dedicated to providing ideas and help with that.
I teach computers locally where I live as my business, but marketing is crucial to success. it will take over 50% of your effort.

What you do is join an affiliate program (There are LOTS out there, and if they are not free they are a scam, i reccomend leadgains, rocketprofit and commissionjunction but there are many more good ones) they give you links to put in your website and everytime some clicks on the link and does whatever it is the advertiser wants them to do you get paid...they usually pay monthly and some need you to have an EIN....
