OMG!!!! im so frustrated!?

Okay so I recently began to visualize a concept for a local magazine. Many brought up a lot of concerns and gave me discouraging advice鈥︹€ut guess what? Im still determined to make this dream for a magazine become a reality. I really feel people would benefit from its existence, but my question is where do I start??? I know magazines aren鈥檛 an easy 1-2step process and your done, but I need some 鈥渟imple鈥?guide lines to get me going there鈥? My magazines profits will 鈥渕ostly鈥?go to charity or an organization (mostly because we need to cover print costs) we focus on for that pat. Issue, so is there anyway I can use this to my mag advantage? I have a small team that鈥檚 still growing ,consisting of writers, photographers, graphic/layout designers & editors. What more do I need, im currently looking for, large printing services, finding out binding options, wanting to know how to sell ad space(heard giving clients a free trail can sometimes work) where to go to get model realse form ,copyright

ect. So where do I begin? Serious and I mean serious answers only please,
