Appeal to the tourists and try to be as stereotypical as possible.... dress and talk like the crocodile dundee, have a kangaroo farm where people can come and pet tame kangaroos, teach people how to throw boomerangs, set up a deal with some aboriginals to perform a traditional dance around the fire at night.... all the stereotypical "Aussie" stuff.
