Hiring someone for payroll? |
I have a small business with only about 5 employees and I need someone to do payroll and taxes twice monthly. How much should I pay this person and how many hours a month do you think they will be working? I don't want to get ripped off by paying too much. You should consider a service like ADP or PayChex. It might end up being cheaper. They offer services like filing your quarterly taxes and even offer gauranties if the calculations are ever wrong. you can hire a payroll company. or a certified account. since you have a business account with a bank, use the bank for payroll services, they are accurate and will do the work for you. the best way to go, both legally and for safe payroll service.......... You should hire ADP or Paychex for this service. They do this for many small companies for reasonable fee and do it yourself. It is not somethig you need to hire someone to do for you because it is a task, not a job. |
