Do you think that paid to click methods can make you a miliiionaire?

i have heard a lot about point to click , to survey and to read emails and i want to ask whether they are really effective. I have tested some of them but i do not think that cents can make you rich. i am asking whether to give up or to continue in this e-commerce

sounds to good to be true but I would give it a try for the hell of it

well it's not going to make you a millionaire but it will get you a decent pay or extra money as i put it over time and if you get enough referrals than maybe a bit more . . .

I agree with everyone here...especially maxaonl... You can make some extra cash easily... well it depends on the ptc site you use however. If you use sites like matrix mails, clix4coins, clixsense, buxto, adbux, I don't think it would be quite effective...clicking for .001c and so on. However sites like http://www.yourhotmails.com/pages/index.... offer 25+ emails and ads daily at 1-7c per ad/email can really add up, but as maxaonl.. said... only with the use of referrals can you fully utilize this site.
