Does anyone use on Ebay a honest dropshipping company?

There must be a honest dropshipping company that does not ask for money up front and really do have the best prices...I would love to find real designer handbags to sell too....any suggestions?

No there really isnt. Dropshippers are not good for anyone but themselves. Why? OK, imagine the universe of people like you, who want to have an eBay account, list the products, and when someone buys it, you just let the dropshipper know and you kick back and collect the difference between the sales price and the DS price. You could just relax and count cash.

Sound too good to be true..Guess what? IT IS !

You can BUY the items for LESS from other ebayers than you can buy them from dropshippers (like DOBA, ALIBABA, WMS Clothing). The dropshippers create a constantly ebbing market price since they continue to add people who want to get into this "lucrative" business. So to compete, prices keep getting lower and lower, to the point where people actually LOSE money, just so they can feel like they are moving inventory and build up some feedback. And a common complaint is that even when the dropshipper says they have product, remember that you dont OWN any inventory (they dont stash YOURS until you get an order), so if someone else buys it out (keep in mind that often the dropshipper doesnt have the inventory in house either), then you have to go back to your buyer and explain that you are out of stock and return their money. No one likes that process, especially the buyer.

Now add in the costs of ebay listing fees, final value fees, PayPal fees, merchant credit card fees, and maybe, store fees. There is simply not enough profit there to make money, which is why you see people selling items for 99 cents, with a $20 shipping fee to avoid the final value fees. Ebay has begun to stop that activity and have cancelled accounts for fee avoidance.

Go to the ebay: Click on community (top right side of home page), then to discussion boards, then page down to the "Building an eBay business tab". You can either do a search on Dropshippers, or just read through a couple of pages. This same question has been asked (and answered) about one million times.

You cannot sell real designer handbags either. On the same discussion board area, search on VERO. Then you'll learn why you cannot.

BTW, in order to establish a relationship with a supplier, you will need a tax number, a business plan, inventory, etc. Anything else is nothing more than a quick way to lose your money.

There is no easy way to make money on ebay, unless you have access to something incredibly unique (handbags and dropshipper products are not), or can buy HUGE volumes of inventory so that your cost of goods is lower than someone else. Of course, you have to make a significant inventory commitment.

BTW, you know that you can buy odd lots on ebay, right? Why not browse for some of them to get started. Or visit flea markets, thrift shops, clearance racks. But be sure to do your homework on prices FIRST before you spend your money.

Good Luck

You'll have to find them on your own. Nobody would be willing to give that information to their competitors. I'll give you a hint. You can't find a real wholesaler on any search engine.

WMS Clothing does not ask for money upfront but they do charge a drop shipping fee at the time of purchase.

Good Luck! You do have to pay upfront. I did and it has worked out great (not handbags though). BUT, check into it first and make sure its legit. Handbags are tough to find.
