Does an LLC have to report meeting hours or even meet a required set hours?

Does the meeting need to be recorded and reported at any given point to anyone specific.

This is a list of things that usually goes into preparing your meeting minutes:

Date and time of the meeting
The purpose of the meeting
The meeting lead or chair鈥檚 name
Assigned action items
Decisions made

even though it is not necessary or required it is a good practice to get into, especially when changes occur in a particular meeting. The more information the better especially when operating a business.

You create your own bylaws for a LLC. One meeting a year is usually enough. The hour of the meeting is not important.

You should always document business activities. Yes, regular activity is a good thing to show if ever audited.
