How do I post something sold on eBay? |
I sold an item on eBay and I need to send it to the winning bidder but do I have to purchase a parcel from a Post Office and give it to them or do I or can I do something else? Please give me steps Yes, a BOX would be a good start. You can use ANY cardboard box in good dry condition. Pack the item in plastic bubble (ask another question as to where you can get that) and seal it up with tape and take it to the post office. Be CERTAIN that you have the Ship To: Name very prominent on the front of the box and your From name in much smaller letters on the front of the label too. The post office will weigh and calculate postage for you. Depends on what item. Small item, you can just put in bubbly envelope. For big item, please pack nicely in a box and make sure the thing inside won't get damage |
