Question for manager?

If I want to go and apply for a job, it is better to apply online or apply in person? which one you guys prefer?

As a manager I like to be able to size up the people in person and gauge their ability to interact with others.

In person. Online is too easy to pass up a good person or waste my time with someone that had a freiend complete the application on line for them.

If it is a job that you really think you have a shot at then go in person, otherwise just apply online and save yourself a trip

In person is always better..

A few questions to ask yourself...Is it a small or large company... how much experience do you have?

A small company or office - apply in person, you will be moved to the decision maker and you will have the opportunity to sell yourself.

A large company and you have great experience, apply on-line. Your resume will be reviewed by the decision makers and you will be contacted if they feel you are qualified.
