When I move my boss wants me to work from home...?

It really depends on what you do as to what you will need for setup, but if he asked you to work from home, that is GREAT. It shows he likes your work.

One answer is not going to fit every situation; however, I used to own a computer service business and setup several clients so that their employees could work from home. Prior to the internet, we had modems... If your boss has asked you to consider this, I would first ask him how he thinks this might work as he might have already researched the possibility.

I think that you should take that offer because your boss know that you have the supereme talent for your job you are doing now. You are a great worker and he does not want you to leave but he can't stop you either.
