On a Sba loan, can I put my house up for collateral and can I *** 2 people on the loan for credit purposes.? |
To borrow 350,000, what kind of extensive credit to they look at and can I put up my house for collateral. Is it easier to get an sba or a mortgage now a days? It is very hard to get SBA from banks nowdays, and 350K is a big number, not sure which bank will offer that. My brother is a millionair and he only can get 30K for me using his name.
