How can i get mortagage to buy convenience store in U.S.???????

i'm the new immigrant and want to start convenience store and..
i need 100k mortgage for that store...... can i get it... how

Some ideas that come to mind
develop a written business plan and
1. come up with about 20% in cash and use the store as collateral. If you dont have the cash, you may be able to find a silent or limited partner to provide the cash, You might include a clause in the contract to allow you to buy out your partner at some future date. There are venture capital firms but these are usually only to invest in your business if they see a good short term return on their investment.

2. have the current owner provide the fiancing,

3. don't buy, lease

4. look into government programs (Community development programs, small business loans, etc) A few community provide low cost loans or tax breaks for people who invest in certain area of the community
