I am planing to start a small business like buying and selling good, but I don't know how to start I a?

am afraid that maybe it wont work can u pls advice me if what is the good business to start?

If you don't know what you are doing, don't start it until you have experience. If it is possible to work for a small company to see how they handle things, observe carefully what they do, and ask questions of other business owners and people you meet in the street, if they would be willing to pay x amount for whatever product you want to sell. That's a cheap way of doing it, and people might lie to you because they don't want to hurt your feelings. The best way is costly, requires sending out questionaires to households to see what their interests entail.

You don't even have a business plan together, you will not fare well until you get that plan into writing. You need projections, how much to purchase and charge for goods to make profit, what is selling in your area. You need to know the people in your selling area, what their likes and dislikes are. Businesses fail because they do not make these predictions. If you plan to sell something unusual, you must know if your market will be acceptable. For example, in my immediate area, I cannot sell my jewelry. People are not into the funky fashions I create, nor do they have the money to purchase my art. So I modify it some, use cheaper materials to cut the cost for the customers in my immediate area and tone it down. 20 miles from here, I can sell my artistic designs and fetch a fair sum. I could probably do it in the next town over as well, but haven't tried anything there yet. There is a higher concentration of art of all sorts in the next town over.

Enroll in college for a few courses in Business, better yet get your degree in Business Marketing. you could probably find some tips online for free, too.

Good luck!
