When i reginster a trading company in Hk, how come i cannot use 'Co., Ltd.' in the company name? |
i am setting up a trading company in HK. Now, i just name the company. According to the register agent, i cannot use "xxxx Co., Ltd." I should use "xxx Company Limited" Is this true? then why? Suffixes such as Inc (Incorporated) or Ltd (Limited Liability Corporation) denote specific legal statuses. You can't use them if you are not actually registered as a corporation. |
