Does GST go to IRAS? The money is collected by IRAS on behalf of the Ministry of Finance, and gets contributed into the Consolidated Fund. The CF is used to fund the government's annual expenditure as set out in the Budget by the Finance Minister in Parliament. id="askers-rating">
