What qualifications do i need if i want to start my own tax services firm in Singapore? do i need gov license?

to practice as a tax accountant in Singapore, do i have to apply for a license from the government? what are the requirements in terms of qualifications and work experience?

Hi buddy, it's good that you are thinking of starting your own business. Starting your 'own tax services' it's good but of course you definitely need some qualification to start it. For sure, you must have a license to run any kinds of business in Singapore. License is something you need to back you up when comes to any legal process. I will recommand you to check with the Ministry Of Manpower. They will have solution for all kinds of business enquiries. Source(s): http://www.mom.gov.sg/publish/momportal/...
