I am new to seattle,WA. What is the best store from where I can buy some good & cheap furniture?

Thanks,
Jp

Ikea and
You can check craigslist.com

PS I live here too!

Yeah, Ikea does have a lot of cheap stuff! Then, there's Mor. Actually, all around Ikea in Tukwila are a bunch of different furniture shops! I don't really have reviews of all of them, as I've never been too interested in replacing my own stuff...

http://seattle.craigslist.org def has a lot of good stuff! I got some fantastic overstuffed leather couches off of Craigslist when I first got into my place!

Used is always an option! Then, there's a number of places, from Salvation Army and Goodwill, to Value Village and beyond! The quality is usually pretty hit-or-miss, leaning heavier on the miss, but that's the fun of finding something nice there!

There's that Ducky's Furniture that's on Denny right near the new downtown Whole Foods (like basically across the street from the Whole Foods).

You may also want to check out http://www.homelement.com

Good luck!

Craig's list. You can find deals on furniture and appliances at thrift stores like Goodwill (near the stadiums), but most thrift stores turn away great furniture because they simply don't have the space for it all.

Look for ads for used furniture. You can save a lot of money by buying used.
