Does anyone know any company who would advertise on my website?
Not CPC but an advert. Currently we recieve around 3000 hits daily and this number is going to grow quite rapidly and i feel this is time to get some advertisers.
Does anyone know a company which might advertise? or an agency which finds places for companys to advertise? (that sort of thing) Well ! there are two methods, paid and Free. Paid is quick and free one takes abit time but provides long time results. Paid is adwords, Free is SEO or Organic Search Engine Optimisation.
You need to optimise your web site. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is the only way to get good traffic free ;)
You need to do two aspects of SEO
1 is On site Optimisation, which includes adding Titles, META, Keywoerds, then content related to your META. Also Alt tag for images can optimise your images.
2nd is Off site optimisation, which includes getting good links from other web sites related to your content/topic.
Also consider Social Bookmarking for Offsite Optimisation.
I will suggest you to use http://www.Tagza.com - submit your stories there, thats Cool young web site and any submitted URL goes to its home page.
There is alot to do and it needs patience ;)
I hope this helps, if it does, please select as BEST answer ;)
Cheers made the button advertise here was right i would say.
aswell research on cj.com and sharesale.com amazon.com aff and etc. Report It
Just do a Google search for "agency for online ads". When you have 30,000 daily hits you might find an interested advertiser? I would suggest placing your own ad in the allocated ad space saying something like "Click to Advertise Here." If you are going to be getting high traffic, someone who is looking for ad space is bound to stumble upon it. Once someone shows interest, I recommend linking them to your site's Quantcast stat list (it's a service that lists any website's demographics/clicks to the public). That way your customer will know who they will be advertising to. If you're planning to start selling ads on your site, prepare the following:
- your media kit: description of your audience, traffic numbers, ad formats being offered, and other information that can help impress advertisers
- start looking for an ad server that can help manage advertisers campaign, allow advertisers access to real time statistics, etc. I highly recommend OpenAds http://www.openads.org -- a free open source ad server that is extremely good
- prepare your advertising sales pages, order forms, and decide how to charge users (do you have merchant account so you can accept credit card payment, or do you need to sign up for Paypal)
Otherwise, use a third party agency to help sell ads for you
1. Join an advertising network. Advertising networks are organizations that aggregate Web sites that offer advertising space, and sell banner ads (and other advertising options) across them. Traffic requirement is often a minimum of 5,000 monthly impressions, although many do not accept sites hosted by free page services.

yahoo videos
google videos well you can go two routes: ppc or affiliate marketing
ppc you can go through a place like yahoo or google and sign up. pretty much they'll put banners up on your website and if someone clicks on it, you'll get paid. usually you wont get paid much. often time a few cents but it can go into the dollor amounts but like i said the people only have to click on your ads

for google's click here

affiliate marketing
you can go through places like linkshare and commission junction. you'll get banners straight from the company and you get paid commission on sale oppose to just by the click. of course its harder to have someone actually buy something from a link than to just click on it, so affiliate marketing you can get commission typically from 5%-20% and up to 60%.
linkshare has companies such as 1-800 Flowers, American Express, KB Toys, Toys R Us, La Quinta Inn, Delta Airlines, Macys, Netflix, Zales, Match.com, Walmart and tons others

commission junction has companies like eBay, Buy.com, Home Depot, Circuit City, Amazon, Expedia.com, and more.

clickbank is another affiliate its mainly digital information such as ebooks and not major companies so it may be harder to sell however they offer a lot more commission such as 20%-60%.

azoogle is the other main affiliate that offers places such as Blockbuster, Ask.com, Vonage, General Electrics, and many more

remember if you are doing affiliate marketing try to use advertisers that are related to the topic of your site. Of course if you have a site that has to do with football you'll generate more sells advertising things that would have to do with sports such as Champs.com or 49ers.com than dating Match.com.
