How can I submit my geocities website to Yahoo directory for free? |
The website is located at: Yes the Yahoo directory is no longer free. I personally would not spend the $300 just yet on one directory unless you have the money to burn like that. You can look into trying out BOTW.ORG which is only like $79/year and has high authority in the directory world. DMOZ.org is still free, but I believe that all the editors have quit working on the project. The editors that are still left though charge a huge fee to get listed quickly if you find them on certain forums. You can check out digital point forum, after 15 posts you can view the buy/sell/trade section and find people that will submit your site to hundreds of directories for as little as $10. These directories are not as high profile as Yahoo or BOTW, but it in the coming months it will raise your backlinks greatly.
