Sunnyvale. Nice place to live, less expensive than surrounding areas.

my cousin used to live in sunnyvale, not a great place to live, lots of gang activity. and just as expensive as san jose or any other areas in the bay area. If you are truly looking for an affordable apt. in this area you are not going to find much. Unless you are able to get into Housing, which are rent controlled buildings in san jose ( not sure if its anywhere else). Im currently paying a little over $1000 for a 2 bedroom apt.
Its not cheap to live here
