I need to find a modeling agency for teens that are in California?

Searching the web suggestion is good but you might also find information by visiting your local Library. They have reference books that cover modeling agencies, probably those in San Diego.

Now the fun begins.

One you narrow your search, contact the local Better Business Bureau or the California State Attorney's office to find out if your agency candidates have any actions against them by the BBB or the Attorney General.

Southern Cal is full of unscrupulous agencies. So, be very careful.

Also, be aware that there may be some financial obligation on your part. Many reputable agencies require a photo layout and, if you are very lucky, may require you to audition at your own expense.

Top agencies will foot the bill for everything if you have some solid credentials, that is, actual modeling jobs in your portfolio. They rarely consider newcomers. They cannot afford the expense of training.
