Looking for a job in the north west san antonio area do you know of anyone hiring, phone and customer service experience, 18 years old good with people, if you know of anyone, it would be MUCH appreciated, I would prefer "woman's work" as in not really good at manual physical labor, like cement hauling and what not, typical lifting isnt a big deal looking for something in the 7-9 dollar range...

There's a company called INFONXX located on the northwest side in the bandera area they start you off with 8.00 an hour and they have great benefits!! They will hire you on the spot, all you have to do is take a basic spelling test (5th grade level) and be able to type atleast 20-25 wpm if you can do this then you have a job TODAY!! Seriously. Oh I forgot to mention the most important part, you will be working as a 411 operator (Nationwide Directory Assistant). Now we all know that there's a downside to every job, the bomb shell is that the customers talk to you like crap! and you have to take it now me personally when i was there it didn't bother me a bit it was hilarious! If anything I had to refrain from laughing at the customer the mute button is great for that!! For the most part its a good starter job. Your local job hunting service should be able to place you. I did some temp typing work in college. I think it paid like $9 and hour at a law firm but most of the time I was just a spare hand helping people move stuff.

You ever think about starting your own business while you work a full time job? Women who can speak well usually do better in business in my opinion. $7-$9? If you want to go full time how about waiting tables. The tips alone should push you past that over a days worth of work. I worked at a buffet place over the summer and tips are smaller but still got paid more than that.

OR go to a Temporary agency and they can place you somewhere to get some job experience...If you do not like a job , tell them and they will place you somewhere else until you find something you like...
