I have a partner in a realestate deal that was going in with me to buy 4 luxury condos for 535k in ohio!?

the problem is my partner had a 680 credit score 2 months ago we had the title work done appraisals done plus i had the deposit in escrow already the lender even sent back a conditional approval to fund the loan then all of a sudden the underwriter calls back and said they arent ging to fund the loan because my partners credit score dropped from a 680 to a 400 in 2 months....wow right i cant pull the 535k loan myself but i do have the down payment and everything else lined up i just need another partner and this is very hard to find.....this is a very lucrative deal in ohio that generates alot of income a month

If the deal is so fantastic, why would you want a partner? Just curious.
