When should I sell my house in Arizona? I don't need it anymore.? If you are not living in Arizona contact a local realtor to inquire about market conditions talk to a few agents in the same area to insure an agent is not just trying to get your listing, ask him/her to give a free market anaylsis of your home to find its current value you can also go to sites like talia.com or zillow.com to find home values good luck... better do it quick you are losing money everyday you still own it. If you don't have to sell, I would just rent it out for a year or two. The market isn't real good right now, and you could stand to lose a great deal of value. |
