I am looking for the best loan program for first time buyers? |
I am looking for the best loan program for first time buyers? Here are many first time home buyers programs available. You may start by calling the city Housing Office in your city or the county housing office<!--in the county in which you reside. If these offices don't have the programs you are seeking they will be able to tell you what agency in their jurisdiction has them. There are a few loans. It really depends on your situation, credit rating and income. Go to a bank and talk to a loan officer. You wont be obligated to get a loan, but they will provide you with information and caluclations. It definitely depends on your credit rating, income and the amount of debt you have on your credit. I would go and talk to a banker at Bank of America or Wells Fargo. They have the best programs and they normally have access to downpayment funds or community development loans. You could also look into programs such as the ACORN program or NACA. Some states and cities has funds for first time home buyers to help with dawn payment but it is very difficult to get qualified. Check up in your state or city. But there are not special programs for first time home buyers among the mortgage companies, so you have an option if you are qualified for a FHA and do not have enough cash for down payment there are gift programs where seller can contribute money Thoth your dawn payment and closing coast and they are tax deductible. |
