what are the extra cost that you can come into in forclosures??? are they worth trying???? i like that there more affordable but are they really??? they may seem affordable until extra cost?? i know there could be unpaid property tax.. but is there anything else i need to worry about? Pay for & have the most thorough home inspection you can. repairs, code violations, open liens. What you are buying is a pig in a poke so bid accordingly |
