I want to buy a house in $2000, Conld I?

I want to buy a house in $2000, Conld I?

Yes, it's called a TENT.

Do you mean "with" 2000?

Um, that might cover the closing costs. But if you want a down payment....
Its hard to buy a house these days at 100% financing. You need some sort of down payment and between 1500 and 3500 for closing costs. So 2,000 dollars...is a little difficult.

add two more zeros on the end of that

The cheapest I have ever seen is a home in our area for $5,000. Of course it needed to be gutted and remodeled, but it did have possibilities. You might try a tax auction, but still those houses go for more than that. Maybe a mobile home is what you can get for that, but not much else.
