I need ADVICE!!?

well to start off, im 20 years old i dont have my diploma YET!. i will be getting it very soon.

I live in a 3 bedroom apartment with my parents along with my youngest sister, my older sister her boyrfriend and 3 kids, yes very CROWDED!.

i want to get out and get me a 1 bedroom apartment. I just got a job at a supermarket called the food emporium in manhattan as a cashier, i'm not sure what i make yet, because i havent even started training yet.

i really wanna get out of the house and be on my own, i live in the bronx also, i want to find an apartment thats nice not a cheap ol raggedy thing. but im only looking to pay atleast $650 to about $800 a month. i dont want the place to look like a slump thats my only problem, but really i dont even know how much i make yet.

So does anybody have any advice on what they think i should do, from the details that i have given, only excepting real opinions and not stupid ones, that will piss me off.

i could use some good advice PRONTO!!

My brother lives in the Bronx, in one of the not so nice parts, and his rent is $750 a month for a one bedroom. You are going to find it a challenge to find rent so low, and without any rental history.

Your best bet is to go to a real estate agent who is the area you want to live. They will know whats available.

But my advice is to finish high school FIRST. Do you know how hard it is to get a decent job without it? Do you want to work as a cashier for a few pennies..?

Grin and bear it for a little longer. Finish school and then move out.

You might also look for someone who is seeking a roommate. That way you share in the expense and establish some rental history.

Good Luck

PS. You might want to change your name "Bit(*&s" is not nice.

You could get an apartment with some one else but you need to suck it up and finish High School.

Join the military, once you did your duty it opens the doors to other government jobs.

You will get piss off?
LOL, 20 years old and no job, no diploma and living at home with mommy and daddy. Looks like you made some right decisions in your life.

I,m a landlord in Ca. I wouldn't take you as a tenant if the place had been empty for six months. No income, no rental history, give me a break.
