Moving to the tampa FL area?

I am looking at moving to the tampa fl area and was wondering if anyone had a suggestion on what area . I need a safe place for my family good schools,shopping, a gym,good night life and affordable housing. Keep in mind that I live in west central mn right now and it gets to -50 below sometimes with the wind chill so anything would be better than this.

Right now in Tampa it's about 60 and it was low 80's for the day. The area depends on your lifestyle. You'll get a good bargain for your buck as there are a ton of properties for sale and we've now got the distinction of the second worst place in the USA to own real estate. As they used to say on the Price is Right, "Come on Down."

my friend lives in Brandon, she likes it. It's nice and family friendly there. Pretty affordable. Right now is the best time to buy lots of inventory to choose and prices are soft.
