I Need A Cosigner? |
I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and now it's been Discharged as of Feb 2007. I need a cosigner to sign on a Loan to get my home back. Does anyone out there know of anyone who will do this for me? Usually when you file Ch7 you reaffirm your home loan that way you don't lose it. So you shouldn't need a co-signer... You're leaving out some important pieces of information. Who presently has your home? In whose name is the mortgage loan? What are you crazy? If someone is dumb enough to co sign for you, then they deserve what they'll get- your debt! |
