Commercial lenders in CA? |
who are the lenders?? On what type of property. Depends on what type of property you want to lend on. Commercial Lenders are different from Residential Lenders since some can be a niche to one or all types of commercial property. One may lend on a gas station only where as another may only lend on strip malls or storage facilites. Also included in commercial are Hard Money Lenders. So be careful in what you are looking for and the points you may have to pay. Also never put any money upfront. It commonly a scam. |
