Quick Deed Survivors?

My Brothers and Sisters put my Mothers and Dads house in there names through a Quick Deed years ago upon my Dads request.
Both Mom and Dad are long Deceased,after we are also gone,maby just one left,who owns the property,thanks ,Carl

The deed you're referring to is a Quit Claim Deed. As to who owns it when only one of you is left, it depends on how you're titled.

If you're all titled as Joint Tenants, when one passes on, the others retain ownership as equals.

If you're titled as Tenants in Common, when one passes on, the percentage of the home that he/she owns goes to whoever is designated on the will, and that person will then own the same percentage that the deceased owned.

Check with a title company to find out how it's titled, that should give you some more answers.
