How do you deal with a rude landlord who also has rude employees? |
Every time I go pay my rent, the property owner yells @ me, & his employees act very snobbish & belittle me. go elsewhere, your money is just as good elsewhere.. Buy your own property! Or, consequently, just send him the check in the mail so you don't have to deal with him. Move out.... really u punch him in the face! Find another place. No one should put up with that mistreatment! Find a better place where you will be appreciated. punch him in the face.... works every time Ignore him and them. Look for a new place. move out I was going to suggest to act nice and even though that is the reasonable thing to do, do exactly to them what they are doing to you. I had a rude landlord and let her get away with it. I'm encouraging everyone who has problems with their landlords to give them what they deserve. Or else give them a 30 day notice of moving out and explain why including the rudeness. Take care and hope this helps. Pray for him. You will see your prayers answered. uh, go to his boss, and his boss's boss and his bosses boss..until you get someone to do something, contact the BBB and make a complaint, but before you do any of this, either video tape or do an audio recording of how these twats act. then you'd have suffuicent evidence to back you. keep a journel of whats said and when..and who acts how. i have neen in your shoes before.. what i did was go find another place to live.. then dont pay rent for a month just to make them mad.. then move out leave it dirty and then tell them to go F**K them selves.. now i feel good about it lol Send the check in the mail. fight fire with fire It is easy for me but it may be hard for you. First thing you can't please them. My suggestion is don't let them bother you. You already know they are mean and just be polite, anyway its only once a month you see them. If it bothers you try ask them why you treat me this way? what did I do? Kill 'em with kindness! Bring cookies with next months rent. the only thing you can do is buy a house. Pay your rent on time, always be polite and yet be unavailable, unless it is some emergency repair. When I rented, I would send my rent by certified mail every month. The landlady's boyfriend would come by for a while, until he understood, that he wasn't getting in to my apartment. I informed him that the rent had been sent by certified mail. I don't know your income, but if you don't have enough money, I would try for Section 8. You should see some of the places here in Chicago, Illinois, for example, that are available. This program pays 75% of the rent. BUT if your bills and medicines are still too high, the government will pay the entire bill. This is a good thing. just try to be civil to them MOVE OUT! Duhhhhhh.. |
