Places with a REAL ESTATE FRANCHISING section..?

on their website. I have a building and I need tenets. Its like a strip center. And then there's one free standing one that is available for one tenet. They arent getting rented And money is being lost, so I really need to find some tenets. I've emailed subway, but they havent gotten back to me. Its in Michigan. I need stuff like pizza places, subway kinda stuff, coffee stuff (no drive thru though), hair salons, tanning, maybe like tax services. the problem is that i can't find any real estate sections under their franchising section on their website for me to suggest my building. Can anyone find some places for me?

I found a spot one time for a fastenal store. I drove around and looked for "for rent" signs. I wasn't too high tech, but I was the decision maker. Now I'm in RE. I never overestimate the value of strategic marketing.

Sorry, I wont find places for you, but there is something you can do for yourself:
1)Make a list of all the franchisers that you think will fit in your space.
2)Take a bunch of pics of the space, and the area;
3)Put together a short marketing presentation, explaining how the renter will make money in your space;
4)Call all of the franchisers corporate offices and ask to speak to real estate manager, or a business development manager. These are the guys that make decisions on new locations.
5)e-Mail the R.E. Manager your marketing presentation and then follow up a few days later.

You can also try advertsing your space on Craigslist or in the local papers. I have had some success with all these methods over the last several years.
