*The Commerce Journal>>>Renting & Real Estate

I am looking at a chart on land records, and in the column "type" are the initials "SAT". Could someone with

knowledge please tell me what this means?
Other abbreviations needed: PA: Power of Atty
DT: Deed of Trust
REL:_________

This is very important and serious. No jokes, please.

Thank you! Why is the "other name" column empty at "grantee"? All the other rows have names in them.

REL is Release of Deed of Trust. This is when you pay off the loan, either by selling, refinancing, or just getting enough cash together to pay off the loan.

SAT is when you Satisfy the Mortgage - same thing.
