Billboard rental rates? |
The lease on 2 billboards on my property is up and I want to know what's a good rate to renegotiate. I'm located in Flint, MI next to US23. One thing you can do is contact the other billboard owners in the area, and, acting as a customer, find out what they charge for a similar placement, then you can price yours accordingly. |
