Where can I find a list of foreclosed homes that doesn't cost to join?

Go to your local courthouse and ask the clerk where they post the foreclosure notices. Write down the ID# of each property you are interested in and take it back to the clerk. Ask the clerk to pull the files on each one. You will find all the information you need to possibly buy the property you want. This is a free service at all courthouses as it is considered public record.
