Where can I find a FREE Home Rental Form (I'm the home owner)?

Found a renter, now I need an agreement form that protects me and the home.

As stated previously you should get a lease tied to your locality. There are very few national laws for rentals. Most are local down to the city or county you live in.

To find a good form you can look for a local landlord association. they usually have forms that they will sell for a price or give out if you are a member.

Laws vary by state so there isn't one form that works in every state. I suggest doing a yahoo or google search for "free(state) home rental forms.
You may find one free or can purchase one which you can reuse at a nominal price

Great, you want to trust your investment to a free form you find online.

As the others said, everything will vary by area, there isn't a canned form you can find online that some knowledgeable renter or attorney isn't going to use to wipe up your mess.

Go to the local landlord/tenant association and ask for a form that applies to your area. You might have to join the association to get it for free or pay a few bucks to get the form. They pay attorneys to follow case law and legislative changes to make sure their contracts will hold up in court.

Landlord/tenant law is constantly changing and it will be worth your money to get a decent form.
