Where can I find a FREE Home Rental Form (I'm the home owner)? |
Found a renter, now I need an agreement form that protects me and the home. As stated previously you should get a lease tied to your locality. There are very few national laws for rentals. Most are local down to the city or county you live in. Laws vary by state so there isn't one form that works in every state. I suggest doing a yahoo or google search for "free(state) home rental forms. Great, you want to trust your investment to a free form you find online. |
