Selling my Home Problem Neighboring eyesore Blighted property? |
I selling my home in New Jersey and My believe that why is taking so long to sell my house I had about 20 visits for my house. But the problem is that my neighbor house is blightened property. He died and no one was taking care of it. The owner family tore the exterior features up to use it for their own need. The rest of my street looks fine by neigbor next door to me rebuild his house and look nice which is a plus. The blightened property has been like this for 4 years we complain to the township but they did'nt do nothin to demolish it. It has leans over the the property. Standing water, abestos was found in the garage, windows broken, interior gutted, flood basement was leaking oil one time, grass wasn't cut. All of the neigbors on our street complain to the township but nothin is done to solve this problem. I don't know what else to do but are property values are affected and this is by waterfront property not for inner city ghetto. What should I do. http://suburban.gmnews.com/news/2007/112...
