Is It possible to get a good apartment with a sub par credit? |
Don't have the best of credit just wondering can I still get a good apartment with less than stellaar credit. as long as you dont have an eviction, or owe money to property or a utility bill that is outstanding, you should be fine. Otherwise you will have tons of problems. I owed money to an apartment complex (that was 5 year ago) and i had the worst time looking for an apartment. The ones that would accept me were in bad areas. The ones in good areas would not take me, even when i offered to pay the entire lease in advance! I had finally got lucky after searching for a month for a place and i got in a good area. You just gotta look alot. |
