Does anyone know what those apartments are called that just have one big open area, no rooms? I believe it's a bachelor's apartment. It's a loft if it's big and has an industrial past or look to it, particularly if it's 2 story. The smaller units are called studios or, in a by-gone era, efficiency. Studio apartment if they are small. Loft if they are large. That is called a studio apartment, which consists of one large room (with a combined kitchen) and bathroom. Its refered to as a flat by some,although that is mostly a british term and it is interchangeable with apartment in some circles. Flat. That's my final answer. :) idk , but i wouldnt like them. or the fact someone could sit on the other side of the room and watch every move i made !!! Warehouses? |
