Range of rent for good Class B office space?

Any good estimates of the range of rent in dollars per square foot per year, triple net lease? Located in midwest. Adequate free parking. Well maintained landscaping.

It really does depend on the area.Some charge per sq. ft. while others have flat rent agreement. Try www.craigslist.org, choose your city/st. and beneath the heading "HOUSING" select "office/commercial". I've been browsing lately myself and have found some great places in every price range! Good luck!
