Can they sell the second phase of homes for less than the first phase?

I am affraid that the second phase of homes may sell for less due to the economy and such.

The developer can sell 2nd phase homes cheaper than he can 1st phase for any reason or no reason at all. Most of the time , he may be in an economic crunch, where he has to raise funds to keep going , or pay for the land or substructures which may have been included in the 1st phase prices.Perhaps his whole profit will hinge on the rapidity with which he disposes 2nd phase homes.

Realtors may say anything they want to produce a sale. If the second phase is sold for less than the first, make sure the reimbursement becomes part of the original contract.Make sure it is signed by a person in authority not a fly-by-night agent. Report It

Houses can be sold for any price. If the market is down, they sell for less.

Your fear may soon be realized. The builder/developer may need to do it to survive. They can price the phase how they choose, but the market will prevail.

yup.
yes . for sure.
supply exceeds demand then prices must go down.
